HVAC Controls Turnkey:
EMS makes it easy for you to get all the advantages of energy control and monitoring systems. Here's how the process works:
Step 1: Identify Your Needs
The first thing we do is meet with the people from your organization who will be involved in the project to discuss: goals, which facilities and equipment are to be controlled, timeline, and payment options. To find out more about financing options

Step 2: Survey Your Building
Our technicians tour your facilities to inventory your equipment, and opportunities for energy control and savings.
Step 3: Information
• Building drawings, if available
• Equipment list, if available
• Copies of utility bills for the past 12 months.
Step 4: Present Findings and Proposal
EMS will customize a plan and present it to you. The plan will detail which equipment will be covered and your projected cost savings. We'll answer all questions you have, as well as provide financing options that enable you to see cost savings in the very first month of operation.
Step 5: Sign Contract
Your contract will detail the turnkey package you are investing in and all costs associated with it.
Step 6: Install Your System
EMS will engineer and install your system. The core of your system will be TAC/CSI technology, the same technology used in four of the 10 largest buildings in the world. Individual thermostats and switches will be replaced with electronic sensors. Those sensors will continuously feed data into the computer system. Our software will integrate the data, compare it to information in a customized database, control equipment as specified, and alert system operators if any monitored equipment is not performing within specified parameters.
Step 7: Tune-in Of The System
Over the first year of operation, EMS technicians will make regular visits to your site to 'tune-in' your system. This is why EMS clients enjoy maximum savings year after year.
